SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by By Him and Her LLC, doing business as Weddings by Him and Her, a wedding photography and videography studio in Temecula, California. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information more broadly.
Consent is given directly to us and is never shared
When you give us your mobile number you are giving consent directly to Weddings by Him and Her, for this text messaging program only. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Information reaches only the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf, and only so they can deliver those messages.
We do not run affiliate marketing, we do not buy or sell leads, and we do not send messages on behalf of any other business. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
What the program is
We send text messages to couples who have contacted us about their wedding, and internal alerts to our own team. Messages include replies to inquiries, consultation reminders, planning and timeline questions, notices when your photos and video are ready, and occasional offers about date availability and pricing.
How you join
You opt in by giving us your mobile number on the inquiry form at weddingsbyhimandher.com/contact, or by telling us on a call that we can text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you give us, or have permission from the account holder.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on where you are in planning. Message and data rates may apply, and are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
How you leave
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at chris@weddingsbyhimandher.com or (951) 383-2886.
Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Supported carriers and delivery
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network conditions and carrier filtering outside our control.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will change the effective date above and post the new version on this page. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
