Privacy Policy and SMS Terms

Weddings by Him and Her is a wedding photography and videography studio based in Temecula, California, operated by By Him and Her LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the terms that apply to text messages we send.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue, and anything else you choose to include when you submit our contact form or speak with us.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, browser and device type. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads tagging, and the Meta pixel for this.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and answer questions about availability and pricing
- To schedule and run consultation calls
- To plan, coordinate, and deliver your wedding photography and videography
- To send occasional news about openings, offers, and pricing, only to people who asked to hear from us
- To measure which of our ads and pages bring couples to us
Consent is given directly to us and is never shared
When you give us your mobile number you are giving consent directly to Weddings by Him and Her, for this text messaging program only. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Information reaches only the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf, and only so they can deliver those messages.
We do not run affiliate marketing, we do not buy or sell leads, and we do not send messages on behalf of any other business. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Consent. By providing your mobile number on our contact form, or by giving us verbal permission on a call, you agree to receive text messages from Weddings by Him and Her about your inquiry, your consultation, your booking, and occasional offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on where you are in the planning process. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email chris@weddingsbyhimandher.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with the service providers we use to operate our messaging, and only for that purpose.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the vendors that let us run the studio, and only so they can perform that work for us. These include our client management and contract system, our email delivery provider, our text messaging provider, our calendar and video call tools, our gallery delivery platform, and our website host. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to contact us.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out of email
- Email us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
Inquiry records are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. Contracts, invoices, and delivered galleries are kept as long as our agreement and our records requirements call for.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
